THE GOOD LIFE...

It's the good life. Or it was at least. This post is a little delayed, excuse me for worrying about my future in organic chemistry. So this is the day I had to drop Jennifer off at the airport, and basically the rest of the weekend after that is on fast forward.
Sadness loom in Tiffany's room as Jennifer leaves for the weekend. Nina's not sad yet, she still thinks Jenny is in the room, Get glasses nina!
Emmy and I rolled to the airport and back, no biggie.
The next morning though I woke up to a Ms. Rebecca Schneider whilst I was in nothing but shorts and covered up only by my comforter. She was ready for the main course. But before that...
Jocelyn and her sister and brother drop by for the main course, this is us hitting up some Mortal Kombat 2 on the SNES. Sickkk son. So damn early. But it was worth it as about 15 minutes later the scent of Cochinita hits my nostrils and I fall into a Neanderthal-like state of mind where I eat and eat in order to store fat. And damn, I stored a grip load.
Afterwards we went to Chen's to get ready for downtown, so we were kickin' it guitar hero style. Ah the good life. Food and Videogames.
Woah woah woah. How'd that get there???
So after a while of prep we finally leave. Rico on a mission to interview the homeless to drop TRUTH BIZ-OMBS. Too bad none were ever dropped. Sorry.
Lambos. Downtown. Horton. NBC. The good life.
So frenzy arose as a cop started chasing someone. Then people started chasing the cop, and then people started chasing the people chasing the cop. I wanted to join, but eh, too tired to care. Funny how frenziness just causes more freziness.
With the speed these people are running in, you'd think Chevron was having a sale.
Big buildings. Police bustin' baddies. Palm trees. Open skies.
It's a different story here though. It's hard on the street, the corner, the block, whatever you call it, it's difficult either way. This lady has gone through some of the hardest things you'll ever imagine and never experience. She's got people yelling at her to get a job or a home, she has to sleep on the ground out in the open, she has no luxuries. How's the good life now? hopefully that life isn't being taken for granted anymore.
Rico interviewed her. It was shocking enough and hard enough to where he didn't want to do it again.
The good life.
Waterfalls. Penthouses. Artificial aesthetics.
Tall buildings. Beach access. Blue skies. Panoramic views.
It's tough to sleep at night knowing some people don't have things like beds even. We have to use flashlights to go to sleep, we're afraid the whole world's going to go superficial. We don't live the luxurious life. We live the good life.
