It's been a long time coming since I've updated you kids with what's been going on, and I'm sorry to keep you waiting, this school thing is really killing. Hopefully next quarter with easier classes I'll get around to this a little more often. Well since I've held off so long I have a conglomeration of photos to unwind all at once. Just make sure you keep up with the tour and try not to get too lost.
First off this photo belongs no where really but I liked it; It was from the night we all went out and got sushi and hit up some Ralph's scratcher action. I had won twice that night, but no real money saw the light of day.

Next we have the Balboa Park installment, this was one of our attempts to get out and explore the finer things that San Diego has to offer, and why not a history rich art museum in a beautiful park.

Concentrate real hard on these pieces.

Soft lights and rich colors filled every which way of the entire building leading to an endless array of appreciation, as I have the utmost for artists.

Balboa park itself wasn't too shabby, I could easily see this being a place where I would drive over just to kick it in the summer or a nice spring weekend. The summer nights here must be something worth experiencing for yourself. This tree must have seen many a handful of them.

A while after that adventure, we had to stop by a place that I frequent often now, Pho La Jolla. It is a little reminder of home just nestled in the protective bubble that is La Jolla. The rich food that reminds me of Saigon City has never disappointed, and wasn't about to this time. I'm glad that so many people get the chance to experience Vietnamese cuisine, and one of the most important parts of that is that most Vietnamese cuisine has been untouched by big corporations such as Panda Express has done to Chinese food, No offense, I do like me some Panda express, but its not so authentic. I'm glad that Vietnamese food has really remained what it was always set out to be, a street food prepared by the true Vietnamese stands.

Impressive that Chen can dust off a bowl like its nobody's business, guess the Taiwanese can hang.

Rico drew me this nice little piece on my desk. He's quite the artist and I admire his cartoonist work. Maestro.

Oh then there was this party, let's not talk about the car trouble I endured before it, but check out the laboratory poker party. Big stars like Christopher "Big Chips" Lim and Man-Beer showed up and showed us how to get down. All in all in was a goood time.

Kids eye-ing my chips, lost early though. Wasn't my night.

Lim didn't do too poorly though, sometimes you just gotta back down to the sensei.

Then there was our party finally. The end of winter quarter came, and it was more on the side of the best of times than the worst. Being that I had finished finals on Tuesday, this was a great end to my week of goofing off but a great beginning for others. We decided to gather the troops and head out to dinner at Sammy's Pizza. Here's Chen (Aka Aladdin) and Jasmin, whhhat a cute couple. They even saved me the godfather seat, good looking out Chen.

The crew and my lovely one.

Afterwards we kicked it at Chen's for a bit, rounding off the dinner with a dessert of Ice cream cake.

Soon after growing restless, we hiked up to pay our quarterly respects to Alton. What up Bro.

This photo almost looks as if it was taken in a photoshoot with the lighting just perrrfect. Boy the camera loves Rico.

What's an end of the quarter without a little Mnt. Soledad action? And this time with a tripod.

We had fun just messing around with light and such.

Ah how it never grows old. We had a lot of fun tonight, hopefully next quarter we will be able to have more of it with better weather too. Expect some nice beach photos next quarter.

We never change, do we

See you kids next quarter. And more often I presume. Oh I do have to tell you about this guy I've seen around campus....I'll show you what I'm talking about next quarter. Til then my friends.
